Superintendent: Our Superintendents possess a minimum of five (5) years in
commercial construction. They demonstrate great communication skills and an
advanced ability to comprehend construction documents as well as Trade and
schedule coordination. The capacity of our personnel to travel is paramount to our
National Construction Team.
Project Manager: Our Project Managers are empowered to maintain our Client
relationships, the financial integrity of multiple projects as well as displaying
a firm knowledge of computer literacy. We prefer our managers to be accredited
from U.S. colleges in the disciplines of Construction Management, Architecture or
Civil Engineering. This stipulation however, does not exclude those individuals that
exhibit exceptional knowledge and experience of the construction industry.
The MC Construction Management Team provides per diem, truck allowances,
health insurance, 401(k), vacation and sick leave, paid holidays and a salary base that
is enhanced by the degree of direct construction experience.
